摘要
研究了铁矿石烧结制粒过程中混合料在圆筒混合机内的运动状态及制粒效果。结果表明,混合料在圆筒内的滑动、滚动及泻落三种运动状态中,以靠近泻落区的滚动区制粒效果最好;影响混合料运动状态的主要工艺参数充填率(φ)和费劳德准数(Fr)有一最佳值;圆简直径的大小对最佳工艺参数值没影响,但制粒指标的绝对值随直径的增大而增大。
This paper gives an investigation on the particle movement state in drum mixer and the granulating efficiency during the granulation of sinter raw mixture in iron ore sintering processes. The results show that the particle movement state of raw mixture may be divided into slip,rolling and cataract motion,and the optimum granulating condition is on the region of rolling motion tending to cataract motion. The filling ratio and Froude number,the main operation parameters of drum mixer effecting on the granulating efficiency,have an optimum value. The drum diameter has no effect on these optimum values,but the absolute values of granulating indices increase as the drum diameter increases.
