摘要
本文报道了新试剂2-(6-硝基-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸与镍的显色反应,结果表明,在SDS存在下,于pH5.5~7.0的水溶液中试剂与镍形成稳定的绿蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于650nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.16×10 ̄5,配合物中镍与试剂的组成比为1:1,镍的浓度在0~4μg/10mL范围内服从比耳定律。在氟化铵和硫脲存在下,方法具有较高的选择性,用于铝合金和镁合金中微量镍的测定,结果满意。
new reagent 2-(6-nitro-2-benzothiazol ylazo)-5-dimethvlaminobenzoic acid(6-NO_2-BTAMB)is recommended for the determination of nickel.It is shown that nickel forms a stable green-blue complex with 6-NO_2-BTAMB at pH 5.5~7.0.The maximum absorbance of the complex is at 650nm in a solution of SDS.Its ap-parent molar absorptivity is 1.16×10 ̄5 L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1).Beer’s law is obeyed within the concen-tration range of 0~4 μg/10mL nickel.The ratio of nickel to 6-NO_2-BTAMB in the complex is 1:1.The selectivity of the reaction is improved by the addition of NH_4F and tbiourea as mask-ing agents. The proposed method has been ap-plied to the determination of nickel in aluminium and magnesium alloys with satisfactory results.
