摘要
分析了工厂自动化网络系统的组成和特点,着重讨论了工业环境下的通信需求.具体研究了现场总线(FIELDBUS)的体系结构,设计并实现了一个现场总线网络的实验室模型.在这个模型中,采用了非反相归零线路编码的宽带传输方式和令牌传递总线协议来满足现场级通信的实时要求.该模型将对在工厂自动化中实现物料流控制向信息流控制的进化起到促进作用.
Based on the analysis of the comPOsition and characteristics of factory automation system,thecommunication requirements under factory conditions in particular the fieldbus architecture are discussed,thus a laboratory model of fieldbus network is designed and implemented. In this model,a broadband transmission mode of NRZI code and a token--passing bus protocol are introduced in to meet the real-time requirements of field level communications. This model will expedite the conversion from material flow control to information flow control in factory automation.
