摘要
本文第一次用一种非高斯分布的概率模型Ｋ分布描述了雨滴尺寸分布的数密度。将此模型用于计算电波的降雨衰减率，相移率和去极化分辨率，发现它具有相当宽频带的应用性。
In this article, the K-distributed rain drop size spectrum is first described and used as a probability mode to calculate the rainy attenuation, the phase shift rate and the depolarization discrimination of radio waves. It is found that the K-distribution has an application in an adequately wide frequency band.
