摘要
讨论了使用改进的电流传送器实现全极点低通和高通电流模式跳耦滤波器的电路及其设计方法,给出了由LC梯型的元件值设计CC(电流传送器)滤波器的公式。用该方法得出的电路具有有源元件数目少、灵敏度低、所有电容和电阻元件都接地等优点,适于实现电流模式连续时间滤波器。
A new circuit implementation and designing method of current-mode all-pole low-pass and high-pass filter with leapfrog structure based on modified sec- ond generation current conveyor is described.The design formula for CC(cur- rent conveyor)-filter and LC ladder type filter’s component value are offered. This circuit has low sensitivity,using grounded resixtors and capacitors,min-imum number of active element.The cireuit is available for realization cur- rent-mode continuous-time filters.
