摘要
用X射线衍射和SEM等方法研究了电沉积Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的组织结构,并探讨了热处理温度对镀层组织和耐磨性的影响。试验表明,这种电沉积复合镀层的Ni-P基质为非晶态,而SiC则仍为晶态。经400℃×1h热处理后,镀层完成晶化,硬度最高;经600℃×1h热处理后,复合镀层的耐磨性最好。
The structure of electroplaoning Ni-P-SiC comosite coating was studied by means of X-ray diffraction and SEM,the influences of heat treatment on the struture and wear resistance of galvanizing layer were discussed.Ex-periments indicated that the Ni-P is amorphous, but sic is crystal ;the coating can be transformed into normal crys-tal structure and can obtain the highest hardness through heat treatment at 400℃,an optimal wear resistance through heat treatment at 600 ℃.
