摘要
催化氧化法除去VOC被认为是很有效的去除VOC的方法。它能在相对低的温度下进行操作,去除VOC率高,能回收废热且仅需简单的维护。因此催化氧化法是当前广为应用的一种方法。去除VOC所用催化剂应具有的特性包括:低温下其有很高的活性;不易中毒;具有抗热性;使用寿命长,可再生重复使用;用过的催化剂不会成为污染源,回收后可作为有用的金属被重新利用。
Catalytic oxidation is considered to be an effective meane of achieving the VOC elimination since it can be performed at relatively low temperature, demonstrates a high elimination rate recovers waste heat,and simplely maintained. Thus, the catalytic oxidation is being used in a wide range.Desirable properties of VOC removal catalysts include excellent activity at low temperature, a high level of durability to catalyst anti poisoning, heat resistance, a long total service life with good regeneration, spent catalysts not becoming a source of pollution and being able to be reused in the from of valuable metals following recoyery.
