摘要
本文采用32Kg重物挤压家兔双后肢的大腿和臀部5小时,复制出挤压伤的动物模型,在此基础上观察了解压后24小时反映组织细胞损伤的血浆MDA、NAG及反映器官功能指标的血浆GPT、肌酐、尿NAG和肺通透指数变化,并分别用自由基清除剂CoQ10和甘露醇于挤压前和解压前5分钟静脉注射,观察其对挤压伤的治疗作用。实验结果显示,挤压伤后血浆MDA、NAG显著性升高、心,肝、肺、肾、小肠和骨骼肌组织MDA显著性增高,肝、肺、肾等器官功能明显降低,应用CoQ10和甘露醇显示出减轻组织损伤保护器官功能的作用,但两者间没有明显差异。本文认为,CoQ10和甘露醇可能通过抗自由甚途径对挤压伤后多器官功能损害起保护作用。
We attemptei to reproduce an animal model of multiple orgn injury after crushed injury and the protective effect of CoQ10 and mannitol was atudied in rabbits.The hindlimbs were crushed by 32 kg weight of stone 5 hours before and after being.Crushed 5ml/kg of CoQ10,0.4mg/ml of mannitol(20%)were injected respectively MDA、NAG、Cr、GPT、protein in plasma,NAG.Cr were measured in urein, MDA in lung,livet,kidney、intestine、musele.The regults showed:the protective effect of CoQ10 and mannitol on multiple organ injurg,but no significant differenes between CoQ10 and mannitol in multiple organ injurg.It was considered that the protective(mechanism)of CoQ10 and mannitol may be due to itsantioxid ativeactivity
