摘要
用灰色系统和概率统计的方法，对我国铁路行业两个铁路局的行车事故件数及百万机车走行公里数进行安全预测和讨论，就开展安全预测及安全管理中的一些问题提出了见解。
In this paper, we had applying mathematical method predicted the number of accidentsthat would happen in railway bureaus in 1993, taking account of the number of accidentshappened in 1993, made further study and predicted the number of accidents which will happen in 1994,Also we have presented our view points on both scientific and modern safetymanagement.
