摘要
用热线风速仪测量了WR型(宽调节比)燃烧器一次风射流的速度分布,V形稳燃体尾迹回流区的大小,以及边风与一次风组合射流的速度分布。用K-ε方法进行了数值计算,并将计算结果与实验结果进行了比较,试验和计算结果都表明,I边/I1,对射流半速度宽度和射流中心回流区有显著的影响;一次风口中的V形稳燃体和扩口角对稳定着火和适时补氧有明显的作用。
The velocity profiles of primary air jets and the combination jets of primary air and side air the size of recirculation zone in the wake of V-gutter were measured by using hot wireanemometer on a cool model for WR type burner. The numerically predicted results with K-εtwo-equation model were compared with the experimental data, Both the predicted resultsand the experimental data show that Is/I1 has a considerable effect on the half width of thejet and the size of the central recirculation zone,and the V-gutter and the spread angle of theprimary air nozzle rim are beneficial to the stabilization of the flame and the real-time supplyof oxygen.
