摘要
作者报告了２０例累及重要血管的腹膜后肿瘤的手术处理经验。所累及的血管包括门静脉、下腔静脉、腹主动脉、骼血管、肾血管、肠系膜上血管。着重讨论术前对肿瘤的判断，术中处理及术后处理。强调肿瘤的完整切除及受累血管的处理方法。
AbstractWe report the experience of operative managmentin 20 patients with retroperitoneal tumors with majoradjacent blood vessels involved,including portal veininferior vena cava,abdominal aorta,iliac and renalvessels,and superior mesenteric vein.The diagnosis,preoperative preparation, intraoperative managementand the postoperative complications were discussed.We emphasize the importance of radical resection of thetumors involving major blood vessels and vascular re- construction.
