摘要
应用三维ＣＴ血管造影（３Ｄ－ＣＴＡ）对６例颅内动脉瘤（共９个）、３例脑动静脉畸形、２例颈内动脉狭窄和４例脑膜瘤进行了观察。结果表明：３Ｄ－ＣＴＡ不仅能清楚地显示这些病变的立体结构，而且能准确了解病变与周围组织结构的关系，为手术治疗提供有利的帮助。
Abstract With three-dimensional computed tomography angiography (3D-CTA). six patients with intracranial aneurysms (nine lesions).Three with cerebral arteriovenous malformation two with carotid stenosis and four with meningioma were observed. The results show that 3D-CTA can clearly display the three-dimensional structures and demonstrate the relations between lesions and surrounding tissues. It offers profitable help for operative treatment .
