摘要
为探讨肌上皮瘤中粘液样区域形成的机理,作者采用钌红电镜组织化学技术观察了4例肌上皮瘤和4例正常腮腺的肌上皮细胞。结果发现,正常腮腺中肌上皮细胞不具有分泌蛋白多糖的功能;而肌上皮瘤细胞能够分泌蛋白多糖,形成粘液样区域。因此提出,在涎腺上皮性肿瘤的病理诊断和鉴别诊断中,应注意到粘液样区域的出现不仅是多形性腺瘤具有的病理特征,也是肌上皮瘤出现的病理变化。
Abstract Four myoepitheliomas and four parotid gland werestudied histochemically be electron microscopy afterstain with ruthenium red. It was found that the normalmyoepithelial cells of parotid gland had no secretionfunction, whereas the myoepithelioma cells were capableof secreting proteoglycans and might form the myxoidregion in this tumor. The authors propose that in thepathological diagnosis and differentiat diagnosis of sali-vary gland epithelial tumors, the appearance of themyxoid region is not only the pathological feature ofpleomorphic adenoma, but also the pathological changeof myoepithelioma.
