摘要
1-甲基-3-乙基-4-取代-5-吡唑甲酰氯与含氮杂环反应,合成了8个新型结构的双杂环化合物。其结构经1HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。初步生物活性实验结果表明:在500μg·mL-1,部分化合物对稻黑尾叶蝉的抑制活性达到53.57%。
Eight novel pyrazolyl-heterocycles were synthesized from 1-methyl-3-ethyl-4-substituted-5-pyrazolecarboxylic chloride and nitrogen heterocyclic rings. Their structures were confirmed by (~1H NMR,) IR, MS and elementary analysis. The preliminary biological test showed that some compounds, at 500 μg·mL^(-1), exhibited inhibitory activities(53. 57%) against Nephotettix cincticeps.
