摘要
介绍了一种基于通用串行总线USB2.0的成像测井数据传输接口硬件及软件设计。传输接口的主控制器采用AT89C52单片机,实现USB协议及传输接口的控制;USB2.0接口芯片采用ISP1581,该芯片支持DMA传输功能,保证了单片机环境下ISP1581与测井系统主机高速数据交换所必需的高吞吐率。传输接口与井下仪器间的通信采用曼彻斯特编码调制技术,由一个下行命令发送信道和三个上行数据接收信道组成,可以挂接BakerAtlas的3514井下遥测短节及与之配套的各种成像测井井下仪器。
A data communication equipment for image logging system based on USB 2.0 is described. A high-speed universal serial bus interface device ISP1581 is used. Operating in split bus mode ISP1581 has an independent data bus for high-speed DMA interface which makes it possible for ISP1581 to reach high data throughput when communicating with host computer of image logging unit at hi-speed. In this equipment an AT89C52 microcontroller is used for realizing USB protocol. There are one command transmission channel and three data reception channels in this equipment for communicating with down-hole logging tools. All channels are modulated with Manchester's code. This equipment can connect with Baker Atlas's 3514 telemetry cartridge and compatible down-hole tools to execute various image logging task.
