摘要
激光堆焊可以获得高性能(如耐磨性、耐腐蚀性能、抗氧化性能、热障性能等)的合金堆焊层,而且具有激光堆焊层与基体的结合为冶金结合,组织极细,覆层成分及稀释率可控,覆层厚度大,热变形小,易实现选区堆焊,工艺过程易实现自动化等特点。因此激光堆焊技术在材料的表面处理方面倍受关注,并在工业易损件修复、双金属零件的制造等方面应用上已经取得了一定的成果。详细介绍了激光堆焊的基本特点及其工业应用,并就该技术应用过程中存在的问题、堆焊质量控制方法及今后的发展趋势进行了分析与预测,为该技术的研究开发以及工业推广应用提供参考。
The technology of laser build-up welding has showed wide scope of application in industry, and the build-up welding layer possesses high properties, such as wearing-resistant property, corrosion-resistant property, oxidation resistance, thermal barrier property etc. Laser build-up welding has received more attention in the field of material surface treatment in the late 10 years, just because it can form metallurgical bonding between laser layer and matrix metal, resulting in smaller microstructure, controllable component of layer and rate of dilution, thicker overlaying strata, smaller thermal distortion, and it is easy to practise selective welding and automatic technical process. By far, the technology of laser build-up welding has achieved certain success in repairing wearing parts and strengthening key parts in industry. This paper introduces process features and industry application of laser build-up welding in details, analyses the exist problems and methods of quality control, and predicts the future of development, thus, providing references for research and popularization of industry application.
