摘要
基于块离散余弦变换的主要缺点是在低比特率时,其恢复图像的块边界上会出现明显可见的方块效应.为了提高重构图像的质量,文中提出一种基于马尔可夫随机场(MRF)的自适应块效应去除算法.根据人类视觉系统对块效应有掩盖性的特点,引进一个块效应可见度函数,然后根据块效应可见度函数以及边缘信息自适应调整势函数.实验结果表明,该算法既能有效地去除块效应又能保护边缘信息,同时具有运行时间短的优点.
A major disadvantage existing in the BDCT (Block Discrete Cosine Transform) technique is that the decoded images, especially at very low bit rates, exhibit highly noticeable blocking artifacts near the block boundaries. In order to improve the quality of the reconstructed image, an adaptive deblocking algorithm based on MRF (Markov Random Field) is proposed in this paper. As human visual system has the masking characteristic of blocking artifacts, a visibility function of blocking artifacts is introduced, and a new adaptive potential function is adjusted according to the visibility function of blocking artifacts and the edge information. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is of merits in abolishing the blocking artifacts, protect the original edges and saving time.
