摘要
为研究开放式鼓室成形术（乳突轮廓化）对外耳道共振特性的影响，用探头传声器测试系统测量术前、术后外耳道共振峰频率及振幅，结果发现６０例（６０侧）开放式鼓室成形术术前耳道共振峰频率为２５５４±５０７Ｈｚ，术后为２６０８±４７４Ｈｚ，ｔ检验，两者差异无显著性；术前振幅为２２．０３±３．１３ｄＢＳＰＬ，术后为２２．８６±２．１４ｄＢＳＰＬ，增加了０．８３ｄＢＳＰＬ（Ｐ＜０．０５），说明标准的开放技术对外耳道共振特性影响不大，是符合外耳道声学原理的手术。
This study investigated the effects of down-wall tympanoplasty(open technique inclued skeletonizing of mastoid)upon external atiditory meatus resonance characteristics.The probe tube microphone measurement was performed twice pre and post operatively.The resonance frequency of ex-ternal auditory meatus remained constant,but the peak amplitude was increased by0.83dB SPL(P<0.05). The results indicated that a tympanoplasty with standard open techniques did not affect the normal external duditory meatus resonance characteristics.
