摘要
对移动颗粒层过滤除尘器和陶瓷过滤除尘器的除尘机理及细微通道的微观结构进行了分析,基于过滤除尘器细微通道几何形状的复杂性,采用格子气和格子Boltzmann方法对通道内气固两相流动和细微通道内的气固两相流动进行了模拟。研究结果表明,格子气和格子Blotzmann方法能够很好地用于模拟复杂几何形状细微通道内流体流动特性。
The dust eliminating mechanism, as well as the microstructure of fine channels for filtrating scrubber with travelling particles layer or ceramic filtrating scrubber have been analysed. Because of complexity of geometric shape for fine channels in a filtrating scrubber, the simulation of gas-solid two-phase flow in channels and gas-solid two-phase flow in fine channels have been carried out by adopting lattice gas and lattice Boltzman me thod. The study results show that the lattice gas and lattice Boltzman method can be perfectly used for simulation of fluid flow in fine channels with complicated geometric shapes.
