摘要
对２７例（４１只眼）葡萄膜炎患者根据临床症状、体征辨证分为肝经实热型、湿热蕴蒸型、脾虚湿盛型。分别用龙胆泻肝汤、甘露消毒丹、四君子汤加二陈汤加减，同时配合西药并采用ＫＰ－ＩＣ型电离子导入治疗机治疗。结果临床显效３３只眼，有效６只眼，无变化２只眼。总有效率为９５．１２％，通过本组观察表明用地塞米松离子导入可以避免口服激素所引起的副作用。
According to clinical symptom and determination of treatment based on thedifferentiation of symptom and signs, 27 cases(41 eyes) of ureitis were classified into three types:type of esthetic heat in liver channel(肝经实热型),type of wetness-heat of liver(湿热蕴蒸型)andtylse of gallbladder,spleen-astheniaet wetness-heat(脾虚湿热型).They are treated with Long danXie gan tang(龙胆泻肝汤),Gan lu Xiao du tan(甘露消毒丹),Sijun zi tang(四君子汤)plus Er chen tang(二陈汤), reducible or increment,respectively. Meanwhile, western medicine and KF-IC type electri-cal ion-feeding apparatus were also used. Through the clinical treatment 33 eyes recovered fully,6eves were on the mend,2 eyes could not recover,the total effective rate is 0f95.11%。 The results al-so showed that the side effects of hormone can be avoid through using electricalion-feeding ofdexame thasone.
