摘要
过氧乙酸氧化三乙烯基POSS单体制备POSS环氧化物,通过NMR、FT-IR分析POSS环氧化前后结构的变化,研究并讨论了H2O2浓度、乙酸含量、反应温度、反应时间对三乙烯基POSS环氧化反应的影响。结果表明,三乙烯基POSS环氧化的适宜条件是:H2O2的质量分数为50%,反应温度70℃,CH3COOH∶H2O2=0.5∶1,反应时间5h。
The POSS-epoxide was synthesized via epoxidation of tris(dimethylvinylsilyloxy)-POSS with peroxyacelyl acid. The change of tris(dimethylvinylsilyloxy )-POSS was analyzed by means of NMR and FT-IR. The influence of reaction conditions such as the concentration of hydrogen peroxide, ratio of acetic acid to hydrogen peroxide, reaction temperature and reaction time was also discussed in detail. And the favorable conditions for epoxidation of tris(dimethylvinylsilyloxy)-POSS are: the mass fraction of hydrogen peroxide 50%, reaction temperature 70 ℃, ratio of acetic acid to hydrogen peroxide (0.5)∶1, and reaction time 5 h.
