摘要 MG132(Z-Leu-Leu-Leu-CHO)是一种蛋白酶体抑制剂,能进入细胞中可逆性地抑制蛋白酶体的活性,从而抑制泛素—蛋白酶体通路所介导蛋白质的降解,进而影响细胞周期进程和诱导细胞凋亡。目前,许多文献报道MG132能够诱导多种肿瘤细胞发生凋亡,是一种潜在的抗肿瘤药物。 MG132 (Z-Leu-Leu-Leu-CHO) is an inhibitor of proteasome, and it can enter the cell to reversibly inhibit the activation of proteasome, thereby influencing the course of cell cycle and inducing the apoptosis of cells. Currently, it has been reported that MG132 can induce apoptosis of all kinds of tumorous cells and can be used a anti-tumor drug. This article reviews the mechanisms of the apoptosis of the tumorous cells induced by MG132.
