摘要
根据热力学和传热学理论,建立了带有预冷盘管的蒸发式冷凝器传递过程的微分方程组,得到了冷凝盘管外冷却水温度和冷却空气焓值沿冷凝器高度方向分布的解析表达式,结果不仅可以用于常规蒸发式冷凝器的设计,而且还为蒸发式冷凝器的仿真和优化提供了理论基础.最后分析了氨用蒸发式冷凝器的工程实例,用来验证模型的可行性和合理性.
In this paper the differential equation group of the heat and mass transfer process in the evaporative condenser with a pre- cooler is presented theoretically. The analytic expressions of the distributions of the spraying water temperature and the cooling air enthalpy along the height of the evaporative condenser are also acquired. The achievements can be used to design, to simulate and to optimize the evaporative condenser. A case of evaporative condenser for the condensation of ammonia is studied, which is used to verify the feasibility and rationality of the achievements.
