摘要
研究界面聚合法将热敏染料微肢囊化的工艺过程,通过制备工艺各因素对微胶囊粒径大小和粒径分布的影响,确定了界面聚合微胶囊化的最佳工艺条件,并利用此最佳工艺条件成功制备出粒径在0.5um左右的热敏微胶囊。
The technics of microcapsulization of the heat-sensitive dye, utilizing the interface polymerization are disclosed. from the process factors influence on the size and distribution of the diameter of the microcapsule, we established the optimal conditions for the process, on which we successfully produced the microcapsule with 0. 5 um diameter.
