摘要
啤酒花是一种重要的传统中药,因其自身独特的药用价值而成为近来研究的热点.综述了国内外有关啤酒花的研究进展,涉及到化学成分,药理研究和临床应用,对啤酒花的医药研究与开发具有一定的参考价值.啤酒花含有树脂类、挥发油、黄酮类、鞣质、胆碱、粗纤维、氨基酸等多种化学成分.具有抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、雌性激素样、镇静等活性.在临床上可治疗结核、神经衰弱、麻风等多种疾病.
Hop is a kind of very important traditional Chinese-medicine. It has been studied by many researchers for it's unique medical value recently. The progress of research on hop is summarized in this article. It involves the chemical constituents and pharmacological action and clinical applications. It has plentiful colophony, naphtha, flavones, tannic acid, choline, coarse-fibre, amino acid. Hop has anti-bacteria, anti-cancer and anti-oxidation action. It also has female sexual-hormones-like and sedation. There are a lot of clinical applications,such as tuberculosis, neurasthenic, leprosy and so on.
