小儿持续硬膜外阻滞研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 小儿持续硬膜外阻滞需要特殊器械和技术。最常用药物布比卡因在年长儿最大输注速率为0.4mg·kg-1·h-1,在新生儿为0.2mg·kg-1·h-1。给药方案宜个体化,硬膜外患儿自控镇痛已被成功用于5岁以上患儿术后镇痛。
