摘要
对遥感技术及相关现代信息技术在黑龙江省抗灾、减灾工作中的研究应用情况进行了论述及分析,对技术集成的应用发展现状和趋势进行了概括和总结。
This article mainly discusses and analyzes the application and effect of remote sensing technology and relevant modern information technologies in Heilongjiang's campaign of anti-disaster and disaster reduce. Summarization and generalization the present situation and prospect of the development and application of technological integration are also included in this article.
