摘要
通过对鹤岗市的水资源状况及发展现状进行综合分析,确定鹤岗市水资源近期和长远规划,从而解决老工业基地的需水问题。
This paper makes synthesis analysis on the status quo of water resources and development, decides plans in the near future and a long time of water resources in Hegang, thus solves problem of water at old industry base.
