在分析目前影响医院改革进程的主要因素,借鉴企业深化改革的主要思路的基础上,提出医院要进一步搞活,需要建立现代医院制度。同时指出.建立现代医院制度.要把握医院特点,防止走偏方向;完成建立现代医院制度这项跨世纪改革工程,应从管理培训与管理科研起步。
On the topic of how and on what basis to further enliven and modernize hospital management, the article discusses the main factors influencing the prigress and orientation of hospital reform, probes ways to use the experiences of deepened reforms of enterprises on the basis of increased study and understanding of the specific characteristise of hospital work,and prospects for future training and scientific research on hospital management.
