摘要
通过对柴胡的调查,结果表明,由于柴胡种子的后熟和休眠性特殊,各地采取的种子处理技术不同,直接影响到种子的出苗和生长发育。目前,家种柴胡已成为商品柴胡来源的主渠道。在大面积柴胡栽培技术上,种子处理技术是生产中的关键问题,有待进一步研究。
The research on Cultured Bupleurum showed that different places have different seed treatment methods based on the characters of its seed late maturation and dormancy, which affected directly the emergence and growing of Bupleurum. Currently, Cultured Bupleurum is being the main source of commodity Bupleurum. seed treatment methods is the key to grow Cultured Bupleurum, it is necessary to conduct further research the methods of Bupleurum seed treatment.
