摘要
嘉庆八、九年间浙江发生截米案,案件发生的两个原因是徽、浙两地缺米的现实和运米过程中商人的利益之争。同时,在缺米问题的背后,徽商与浙商的竞争与垄断才是案件的本质所在。案件发生后,不同阶层基于自己的立场,做出了不同的反应。
This article took the case of intercept cereals happened in Zhejiang Province in the 8th and 9th years of the reign of Emperor Jia Qing as an example, explored two reasons of the case, the reality of lacking rice and the contention of the businessmen’s interests in Huizhou and Zhejiang. The competition and monopoly of businessmen were the essential of the case. People of all strata took different attitudes to the case.
