摘要
衡量政府信息公开的标准有量、质和获取渠道三方面。目前我国政府信息公开的现状并不令人满意,而要改善政府信息公开的现状,就应该从这三个方面出发,包括但不限于改革现有保密制度、变革现行的管理体制、建立依申请公开方式和完善公共信息资源库。
There are three aspects to measure the publicity degree of government information,that is,quantity,quality and access channel.The present situation of government information publicity in China is not satisfactory.We should improve the government information publicity from the above_mentioned three aspects,including but not limited to the reform of the existing security system,the change of the current management system,the establishment of the application-based publicity pattern and the improvement of the public information resources bank.
