摘要
本文研究了用热电制冷器冷凝三种VOCs的实验,并考察了时间、电功和热端温度对热电冷凝VOCs气体过程的影响。研究结果表明热电冷凝VOCs具有非常快的冷凝速率,只需1.5分钟就可以把115℃高温的VOCs气体冷凝至-10℃的气体,出口气体分压显著下降;实验结果还表明随着热电制冷器热端温度的升高,出口气体温度也相应的增加,体系所耗电功也增大,制冷系数降低。
Thermoelectric refrigeration technique was used to condensate the vapor of the VOCs with high temperature and high concentration. The effects of condensation time,electric power and the temperature of hot face of the thermoelectric module on the condensation process were investigated. Results indicated that the use of thermoelectric refrigeration can quickly condensate the VOCs to the designed temperature within 1.5 min, and the partial pressures of the VOCs in the exit gas became very low. With the increase of the temperature of the hot face of the thermoelectric module, the temperature of exit gas and the required electric power increased.
