体外膜肺中的止血与凝血功能异常及其干预措施 被引量:3

摘要 严重出血是体外膜肺治疗的主要并发症和研究热点之一。体外膜肺过程中,非生物表面、高剪切力、高浓度氧、炎症介质均可激活血小板和凝血系统。体外膜肺时需使用抗凝剂避免凝血系统的激活和血小板的消耗,但抗凝剂有导致出血的危险。选用半衰期短的抗凝剂、血小板抑制剂、体外环路表面涂抹技术、蛋白酶抑制剂及成分输血将减少出血,改善临床预后。
