摘要
通过病理组织切片和血淋巴细胞数量的变化观察。结果显示:由于印度雕蚀菌孢子囊的大量感染三带喙库蚊幼虫(蚊幼)而严重破坏了虫体内的脂肪体和降色细胞,大部分脂肪体细胞被耗尽而消失,仅小部分呈现变性,降色细胞亦被破坏消失。对照虫体未显异常。活体血淋巴细胞显示:感染蚊幼的血细胞以初生的小型原血细胞为主,梭形浆血细胞有明显增高。提示:影响蚊幼发育、变态和死亡的原因,主要是由于真菌的大量繁殖破坏组织和产生的毒素所致。
The present paper reports the results of further studies on the pathogeneticeffects of Coelomemyces indica on Culex tritaeniorhynchus larvae, Serial histopathologic sections showed that the entire haemocoel of the larva was filled with rungal sporangia, seriously destroying fat bodies and oenocyte cells. Most of the fat cells had disappeared, the remaining cells appeared degenerated. The oenocytecells had disappeared. Serial sections of the control group showed the fat cells and oenocytes to be normal without histopathological changes.Observations on the hemocytes from living larvae infected with the fungusshowed that 97.7%of the hemocytes were small,immature prohemocytes. Fusiform plasmatocytes in the circulation of the infected larvae showed markedincrease over that of normal larvae.The authors suggest that influences on the development, metamorphosis and death of the larvae were due to the multiplication of sporangia and the production of fungal toxin.
