摘要
C4ISR系统综合效能评估是开发、使用和优化C4ISR系统的基础.本文在分析C4ISR系统效能含义的基础上,运用层次分析法提出了系统效能评估指标体系,形成了系统效能评估的一个初步框架.
Evaluating the effectiveness of C^4ISR systems is an important task in developing, using and optimizing C^4ISR. In this paper, the effectiveness of C^4ISR system is analyzed firstly, and the synthetic effectiveness evaluation index is put forward in detail. A basic framework on the evaluation of C^4ISR is proposed.
