摘要
目的:建立高效毛细管电泳法测定盐酸洛美沙星颗粒中洛美沙星的含量。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,电泳缓冲液为50mmol·L-1硼砂-磷酸盐缓冲液(pH8.5),检测波长为287nm。结果:在20.0~120.0mg·L-1间线性良好,相关系数r=0.9998,日内和日间RSD分别为1.5%和2.6%,加样平均回收率为99.7%,洛美沙星的检测限为0.48mg·L-1。结论:本方法能快速、简便、经济地测定盐酸洛美沙星颗粒中洛美沙星的含量,可用于临床检验和药物制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVETo establish an assay method for Lomefloxacin in Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Granules with high performance capillary electrophoresis.METHODSThe electrophoresis buffer consisted of (50 mmol·L^(-1)) sodium borate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate,pH=(8.5);The UV detection wavelength was (214 nm).RESULTSThere was a good linearity over the range of (20.0)~(120.0 μg)[DK]·mL^(-1) with a coefficient of correlation (r) (0.999 8). The mean recovery was (99.7%), The intra-day precision was (1.5%),the inter-day precision was (2.6%) and the lowest detection concentration was (0.48 μg)·mL^(-1).CONCLUSIONThis method was found to be simple and accurate.The experiment presents a method for the analysis Lomefloxacin and quality control.
