摘要
运用文献法、调查法、实验法、统计法理性地分析了高校专业体育课开展拓展训练的可行性;又通过实验印证了在高校专业体育课上开展拓展训练的必要性。
The author rationally analyzes the feasibility of developing out-word bound in specialized physical education in college using the bill of document, the bill of investigation, the bill of test and the bill of statistics. The necessity of developing out-word bound is also confirmed by the practical experiment.
