摘要
对硅铁冶炼过程进行一定的简化,建立了一个焖烧期内的一维动态数学模型。该模型描述了炉缸和炉身内温度场的分布和变化、炉顶溢出SiO浓度的变化和工艺参数、设备参数对Si回收率的影响。借助该模型可以研究工艺操作参数对技术经济指标的影响。
The process of ferrosilicon production is simplified. Based on it, one - dimensional dynamic model in a shorter production cycle is developed. The model describes the variety of the temperature in the furnace hearth and shaft and the variety of SiO-outflow from the furnace top and the effect of technical parameters and device parameters on the Si recovery. The influence of the process parameters on the standard of technology and economy is researched with the model.
