表面修饰碳酸钙纳米粉的制备及表征 被引量:1

PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NANOMETER CALCIUM CARBONATE POWDER WITH SURFACE MODIFICATION

摘要 碳酸钙纳米粉在新材料、医药、造纸等工业领域具有广泛的应用,是一种重要的功能性无机填料。本文以可溶性钙盐和碳酸盐为原料、用聚乙烯醇作表面修饰剂,在无水乙醇-去离子水混合溶剂中制得粒径较小(30nm)、分布均匀的碳酸钙纳米粉体,且表面修饰剂用量为10%时,碳酸钙粒子间的团聚最小。用现代分析测试技术对碳酸钙纳米粉的物相、表面结构、形貌和粒度分布及热学性质进行了表征。实验结果表明,聚乙烯醇能起到较好的表面修饰作用。 Being an important functional inorganic filling material,the nanometer calcium carbonate powder has a widely application in the industry fields of new materials,medicine,rubber,plastics,painting and papermaking.It is of importance that preparing method of the nanometer calcium carbonate was researched.In this paper,the nanometer calcium carbonate powder with surface modification which has less size(30nm)and uniform distribution was prepared by using reactant as dissoluble calcium salt and carbonate,modifying reagent as polyvinyl alcohol in a max solvent consisting of anhydrous alcohol and de-ionized water,and the reuniting of calcium carbonate particles is least when content of modifying reagent is 10%.The substance phase,surface structure,morphologies,size distribution and thermal expansion property were characterized by means of modern analyzing and testing technology.Experimental result testified that the polyvinyl alcohol has a well function of surface modification.
