摘要
晶须是复合材料中重要的增强组元,因此对晶须的研究与开发受到了高度重视.本文论述了晶须及硫酸钙晶须的特性;以生石膏为原料,采用水热法合成了硫酸钙晶须;介绍了硫酸钙晶须的制备机理、工艺流程和产品特性,并在适宜工艺条件下制备出了直径为0.2~4.0μm、长度为35~150μm的硫酸钙晶须;X-射线衍射分析表明,产品中无水硫酸钙相的含量为97.0%.利用本方法制备的硫酸钙晶须尺寸稳定、性能优异、成本低廉.本文还对硫酸钙晶须的应用进行了初步研究.
Whiskers is one of the important intensifiers in compound materials and therefore the study and development of it have been paid much attention.In this paper,the characteristics of whiskers and calcium sulfate whiskers are discussed.Hydrothermal method is used to prepare the calcium sulfate whiskers with gypsum(CaSO_42H_2O) as raw material.The preparation mechanism,flowsheet and characteristics are introduced. Calcium sulfate whiskers with diameter of 0.24.0m,length of 35150m is prepared under the suitable experimental conditions.The results analyzed by X-ray show that the content of anhydrous calcium sulfate is 97.0% by weight.The calcium sulfate whiskers with stable size,excellent performance and low-cost can be obtained by using this method.The application of calcium sulfate whiskers is also researched in this paper.
