摘要
察布查尔锡伯族早在240多年前就从东北迁徙到新疆伊犁地区,其语言文化受当地各民族的历史、文化、经济、习俗等因素的影响,已形成今天独具特色的多语现象及实施双语教育的历史现状。
The people of Xibe nationality of Chabuchar migrated from Northeast to Yili of Xinjiang 240 years ago.The influence of history,culture, economy and customs of the local people of various nationalities led to the unique multilingualism in language and the present bilingual education of the Xibe people.
