摘要
中西传统法文化有极大区别,它是造成今天中西方人权之争的主要因素。人权已成为全球的文化,属于人类所共有。中西方都应反思自身文化的弱点,共同促进人权的健康发展。
There is a large of different between the tronational legal culture of China and the West . It is the essential factor that lead to the controvert of human rights . Human rights have been the culture of the whole world , belong to the human being . China and the West all should rethink the weakness of culture and promote the healthy development of human rights.
