摘要
利用电解法处理屠宰场废水,考察了电解电压、电解时间、极板间距、废水pH值和操作方式等因素对屠宰废水的CODCr和色度去除率的影响.结果表明,在电解电压为35~40 V、电解时间为30~40 min、极板间距为10~20 mm、pH值为6~8并搅拌的条件下, CODCr和色度去除率分别可达到78%,91%.利用正交实验比较了各因素的相对影响大小.废水经处理后能达到国家肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准(GB13457-92)的一级要求.
An experimental study on slaughterhouse wastewater has been conducted by electrolysis.The effects of voltage and duration of electrolysis,electrode distance,pH value and operational method on the CODCr and chroma removal rate were discussed. The results shown that the CODCr and chroma removal rate can reach 78% and 91% under the conditions of voltage 35~40 V,duration of electrolysis 30~40 min,electrode distance 10~20 cm,pH value 6~8.The influence level of experimental factors were compared by orthogonal experiment.The slaughterhouse wastewater can meet the requirement of the First Grade Discharge Standard of China (GB13457-92).
