摘要
从复杂系统的角度来看,方剂是中医用于干预人体生理、病理过程,促进病后人体康复的外界手段。方剂的复杂性来源于病因、病机、中药药味及其组合方式的多样性。本文采用复杂系统涌现性原理及其分析判断方法对方剂配伍规律研究相关复杂系统的涌现性及其产生机制进行了分析,表明方剂形成过程中的多个环节对方剂的最终表现形式都有影响,由于方剂形成过程中症状、治则、治法、药性组合、药味等各个环节的差异造成了方剂本身的多样性。方剂的配伍规律表现在其形成过程中各个环节的规律,当对某一个环节的规律进行研究时,应该充分考虑其他环节对这一环节的影响。而方剂配伍规律的阐明,需要多个环节、多个角度研究结果的有机融合。
The prescription in Chinese Medicine is used to promote the rehabilitation of patients.The present paper analyze the opinions in the research on the composition of prescription and the relationship among them and provide the methodological support for the integration of different methods using the emergence principle and corresponding analyzing methods. The Results indicated that the ultimate prescription is influenced by the processes in the formation of the prescription. The differences of the processes lead to the diversity of descriptions. The composition law of prescription can be pursued to the rules in every process in the formation of the description. When research is focused on one process, the influence of other process should be considered adequately. The discovery of the composition law of prescription depends on the integration of the results obtained form different processes by different methods.
