摘要
优质喷墨打印纸具有吸收墨水快速,染料固着良好,以及毛边羽化和Z向渗透少的特点。图像的质量是油墨和纸页表面相互作用的表现,因此添加阳离子添加剂可以有效地提高涂层表面与油墨粒子的相互作用,从而提高打印图像的质量。主要对3种阳离子添加剂对喷墨打印纸涂料以及打印图像质量的影响进行了评价,通过比较,自制的PD表现出更好的效果。
A high quality ink-jet printing paper shows rapid drying, good dye fixation, minimal wicking/feathering and little Z direction penetration. Image quality is a function of the interaction between the ink and the paper surface. Hence the paper coatings containing cationic additives can typically improve surface interaction with the ink, resulting in improved image quality. In this paper, the focus was put on the evaluation of three kinds of cationic resin additives in coating formula and their effects on print image sharpness. Compared with the other two kinds of cationic additives, the PD made in laboratory is the optimum one.
