摘要
[目的]建立丙烯腈染毒大鼠血中CN-浓度测定方法。[方法]应用吡啶-巴比妥酸分光光度法。[结果]大鼠血中CN-浓度在0-2.0μg/ml范围呈线性关系,回归方程式y=0.420x-0.016,相关系数r=0.999,样品加标回收率88.0%-92.0%,精密度试验相对标准偏差为0.6%-3.5%。[结论]本方法准确可靠、重复性好、精密度高、适用于丙烯腈染毒大鼠血中CN-浓度的检测。
[Objective] To establish the method for blood cyanide concentration in rats exposed to acrylonitrile. [Methods] Using the pyridine-barbituric acid spectrophotometric method. [Results] Linear range:0-2.0 μg/ml,regression equation: y= 0.420x-0. 016,r=0.999,the recovery: 88.0%-92.0% ,the RSD:0.6 %-3.5 %. [Conclusion] This method meets the requirement of precision and recovery. It is feasible for determination of blood cyanide concentration in rats exposed to acrylonitnle.
