摘要
暂态稳定控制中需要采集全电网的实时数据,因而引入GPS信号进行异地测量的同步。文章以华中电网区域稳定控制装置为例,详细介绍了GPS时间信号的接收流程,GPS 秒脉冲控制下的异地同步采样,以及CPU之间通过双口RAM进行数据交换的硬件接口和存放格式。实践证明该装置具有较高的可靠性。
In transient stability control system, it is necessary to collect real-time data of the whole electric network. GPS signals can be used for synchronization of the sampling from different areas. Based on Central China Power System Stability Control Device, the paper presents the receiving process of GPS timing signal , synchronized sampling from different areas under the control of GPS PPS (pulse per second), the hardware interface and the access format for data exchange among CPU through two port RAM. Results show the device has high reliability.
