摘要
以战时武器装备铝合金构件的快速抢修为背景,探讨了复合材料补片胶接修补用胶粘剂基本性能,并提出改性措施。结果表明,在SY23B胶粘剂体系中加入4%的偶联剂KH550时,粘接剂的剪切强度提高10%左右,达到36.6MPa,草酸能缩短固化时间,并提高粘接性能。
In connection with the repidly repairing of damaged alluminum alloy plates.this paper disussed the basic properties of the adhesives used for the composite patch plate bond-repairing and put forward several methods of modifying SY-23B adhesive.The results for SY-23B adhesive showed that adding 4% of coupling agent KH-550 the shear strength of the adhesive was increased by about 10%,reaching 36.6MPa,and the oxalic acid can shorten the curing time and increase the bonding properties.
