人参皂甙对心血管系统、神经系统的影响及抗运动疲劳的作用 被引量:16

摘要 目的:人参是传统中医药中具有代表性的医食两用药材,主要活性成份是人参皂甙。近年对人参皂甙的研究进展及研究成果颇多,揭示了其在心脑血管和运动功能方面的作用。资料来源:应用网络资源检索www.google.com,Medline、中国核心期刊1988-01/2004-10间关于人参皂甙研究的相关文献,检索词为人参皂甙,心血管作用,神经功能,运动与体能等。资料选择:收集有关人参皂甙的化学结构、人参皂甙对心血管功能、脑血管及神经细胞功能、抗运动性疲劳、人参皂甙增强机体免疫力的实验研究类文献53篇,排除非随机研究原著性文献,未排除非盲法研究原著的文献。资料提炼:在53篇文献中,排除内容有不同程度重复的文献13篇;对40篇文献进行分类整理,用于综述,选19篇作为参考文献。资料综合:人参皂甙包含有30多种,目前研究较多的有人参皂甙Rb1、人参皂甙Re、人参皂甙Rg1,其他成分研究较少。人参皂甙具有强大的抗氧化和清除自由基的作用,从而延缓衰老;人参皂甙可提高肝糖原的含量,降低血乳酸浓度,延缓运动性疲劳的产生。尽管人参皂甙药理机制的研究已取得很大进展。人参皂甙可促进心肌收缩,但其作用机制的研究及扩张血管作用通路的研究都不充分。结论:人参皂甙对神经系统、心血管系统、免疫系统都有影响,可以抑制细胞凋亡、扩血管、 OBJECTIVE:Ginseng is a representative crude drug in traditional Chinese medici ne for both medical use and eating, and its main active component is ginsenoside .There are great progress and many outcomes of the studies about ginsenoside, wh ich indicates its effects in both cardiovascular and motor functions. DATA SOURCES: An online search on www.google.com, Medline and Chinese Core Jou rnals Guide Database was carried out to search articles about study of ginsenosi de published from January 1988 to October 2004 by using the of 'ginsen oside, cardiovascular function, neurological function, exercise, physical abilit y'. STUDY SELECTION: Fifty three literatures about the experimental study on the chemical structure of ginsenoside, and the effect of ginsenoside on cardiovascul ar function, cerebrovascular and nerve cell function, its role against exercise induced fatigue, and its effect in reinforcing the immunity of organ were coll ected.Non randomized original works were excluded,and the non blind ones were not excluded. DATA EXTRACTION:Among the 53 literatures,13 were eliminated for repeated conte nt to different degree,and the rest 40 articles were classified and sorted for r eview,19 of which served as references. DATA SYNTHESIS:Ginsenoside could be sorted into more than 30 kinds, and most s tudies at present focused on ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rg1 ,and there were fewer studies on other components.Ginsenoside had great effect i n antioxidation and eliminating free radicals,so as to postpone aging.Ginsenosid e could increase the content of liver glycogen and decrease serum lactate, so it could delay the occurrence of exercise induced fatigue.The study on the pharma cological mechanism of ginsenoside had achieved great progress.Ginsenoside could promote myocardial contraction,but researches about its mechanism and dilatatio n for vascular access are insufficient. CONCLUSION:Ginsenoside has influence on nervous system,cardiovascular system a nd immune system, it can inhibit apoptosis,expand vessels and fight against agin g,and it also has certain effect on the recovery of exercise induced fatigue.
